By accessing and using HappyTidy's robotic cleaning services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

HappyTidy provides robotic vacuum and mopping cleaning services for residential properties. Our service includes delivery, setup, cleaning operations, and pickup of professional robotic cleaning equipment.

3. Eligibility and Access

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using HappyTidy, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Trial Service

Our trial service offers a one-time cleaning session at a reduced rate. Trial pricing varies by property size and is clearly displayed during booking. This is a one-time offer per customer and household.

5. Subscription Service

After completing a trial service, customers may upgrade to a monthly subscription service. Subscription terms, pricing, and service frequency will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. We offer a satisfaction guarantee - if you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we'll make it right or provide a full refund.

8. Property Access and Security

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our cleaning service. You are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring the property is safe for our equipment and personnel.

9. Liability and Insurance

HappyTidy carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property. Any damage caused by our service will be promptly addressed and remedied.

11. Service Area

HappyTidy currently serves the Long Beach, CA area. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to our operational capacity.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
